The wonderful thing about our products is that regular maintenance is not required as long as you follow the simple aftercare instruction in your manual. However, like all machines, they can be temperamental. Should you run into any issues with your products, we are always here to help. For assistance, please contact either your EagleMeiX sales agent or the representative that you purchased from.

We have two showrooms with our products in display in the United States, both available by appointment.
Can’t make a trip out to us? We’d be happy to bring our sushi robots to your store and conduct a demonstration. Please note this service is dependent on your location.
Should you be interested after experiencing our products, we’d be happy to lend it to you for a week!
Our product manuals are not available online. However, your EagleMeiX sales agent would be happy to send you a digital version via email.
In-stock products are delivered within 5 to 7 days with a from order date to all United States locations. Overnight options are available for a fee. Please contact your EagleMeiX sales agent for inquiries on delivery time and shipping methods.
The only regular maintenance our products require is cleaning and coating EagleMeiX OIL onto parts that touched food after each use.
WARNING: Using oils that are not sold or provided by EagleMeiX such as PAM will result in machine malfunction.
Our products are backed with a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering most mechanical defects. Please speak with your EagleMeiX sales agent for warranty details.
All products are “Made in Japan” at our factory in Tokyo. Quality is guaranteed!
Replacement part(s) are available through EagleMeiX and may require the return of the defected part(s) to our designated locations. Please contact your EagleMeiX sales agent for more information.
